Four new appointments for The Coffee Club

The Coffee Club New Zealand, one of the country’s largest and fastest growing café groups, has made four new appointments to its team.

Tatiana Silva has been appointed to the position of Corporate Trainer with The Coffee Club support team. Tatiana is originally from Brazil and has now worked with The Coffee Club group in New Zealand for close to three years. She started out at The Coffee Club Victoria Street and has also worked at The Coffee Club Customs Street. Tatiana has a significant amount of experience with The Coffee Club systems and brings a wealth of hands on knowledge to The Coffee Club Support Team.

Simone Varnier has been appointed as the new The Coffee Club Training and Operations Manager. Simone has had a long and successful career as a café and restaurant owner and more recently, as Food Services Manager at the University of Auckland. During more than twenty years in hospitality, Simone has held a variety of roles including Corporate Function Manager, Food Services Manager and Café/Restaurant Owner/Operator, all in New Zealand. She has also held international roles, including Food & Beverage Manager and Restaurant Manager in restaurants and hotels in both Australia and England. As Training and Operations Manager, Simone will be focussed on elevating the existing The Coffee Club training and operations and franchisee value.

Andrew Merlino has been brought on as The Coffee Club Marketing and Promotions Coordinator. Andrew is originally from Melbourne and has several years’ experience in graphic design and food marketing.

Asha Madhav has been appointed as The Coffee Club Business Development Assistant. She will be working alongside Business Development Manager, Cathy Hill.
