The Prime Minister is under fire for telling cabinet colleagues Hollywood finds New Zealand attractive because it doesn't have a strong union movement.
The information has been released under the Official Information Act to Green Party co-leader Metiria Turei.
John Key made the comments in a report after his trip to Hollywood in October.
He told colleagues feedback from the visit included that a lack of 'fringe payments' were advantages for New Zealand in the international tussle for Hollywood's business.
Metiria Turei says the Prime Minister is selling out workers' rights to Hollywood.
