It's seen a 26.3 percent increase in salaries in the past year, reaching an average of more than $93,000.
That's well ahead of the national average of $74,500 for jobs advertised on the site.
Seek says the figures are skewed by a high concentration of roles in mining and the energy sector, where there's been a tripling of vacancies.
