The companies plan to merge their Indonesian units, PT XL Axiata and PT Smartfren, and are currently discussing the structure of a deal which could involve a mix of cash and shares, Bloomberg News said on Thursday. Hawaiian Electric on Wednesday told customers to resume using electricity a normal, ending a call to conserve power on Hawaii Island after its generation capacity dropped due to some units going out of service.
