I am in the United States, I want to buy Samsung stock, and I called up different brokerages like TD Ameritrade, and I'm told I cannot buy this through their brokerage.
I did research online, and I was told I could buy Samsung on OTC but I'm not seeing a way to do that and the brokerage houses say they don't know either.
How do I buy Samsung? Open a Korean account? Thank you
$NLST Some peeps referring to Samsung Jury trial... In that particular case the Jury could not valuate the damage because Netlist could still buy from Samsung competitors and there was this strange rule which says that you can't grant collateral damage...
I don't think we have such contradicting damage rules in this case... The case can be kept very simple for an average Juror... $GOOG has undoubtedly and willingly infringed patent 912 since 2006 starting as a member of Jedec, continously with the acceptance of a demo by Netlist and signing an NDA. Collusion with the convicted IP stealing Diablo startup, $IPHI and $SMOD to invalidate patent 912 through various legal venues and delay tactics. And as if that is not all enough while in dispute with $NLST collude with $SSNLF and let Samsung without knowledge of Netlist produce and sell patent 912 modules to $GOOG !!! This has gone on for more than a decade while not paying a penny to the rightfull owner of patent 912!!! $ billions damage!

Korean made products should do very well from here. Samsung was much stronger than Apple today. The Galaxy is more popular than the iPhone 7 amongst Americans and Samsung Pay is coming on strong.

Product is great, on line ordering is worst experience ever. Charge for stuff you don't order, then don't refund when doesn't come with feature. Money managers perform your own order and due diligence. Then bring it up at quarterly meetings. Must be why this stock has gone down. Customer satisfaction is key.

I'm gonna share this even though the whole board is concerned what a ubs analyst may or may not have down, the jury is still out on that.
nonetheless William tidwell, one of the best SA journalist regarding micron has some FY2018 and FY 2019 figures in terms of EPS. at the very worst scenario (ok obviously not worse but most plausible worst case scenario) he has micron estimated at making $11.37 EPS in FY. 2019. I was thinking 10.00 in FY 2018 was good. But man worse case at more then 10eps more then 1 year out. geez
next time your debating whether to buy or sell just remember micron will stll be here printing cash, and then adding a generator when the power fails because of all the power used by the printing press and the bad West coast power grid.
