NEW YORK (AP) _ ABM Industries Inc. (ABM) on Thursday reported fiscal third-quarter net income of $33.6 million.

The New York-based company said it had net income of 51 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 57 cents per share.

The provider of cleaning and other maintenance services for commercial buildings, hospitals and airports posted revenue of $1.62 billion in the period.

ABM Industries expects full-year earnings in the range of $1.85 to $1.95 per share.

ABM Industries shares have decreased 16 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $31.54, a decline of 29 percent in the last 12 months.
