ASML: 4Q Earnings Snapshot

VELDHOVEN, Netherlands (AP) _ ASML Holding NV (ASML) on Wednesday reported fourth-quarter net income of $898.7 million.

On a per-share basis, the Veldhoven, Netherlands-based company said it had net income of $2.12.

The equipment supplier to semiconductor makers posted revenue of $3.59 billion in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $3.06 billion, or $7.18 per share. Revenue was reported as $12.92 billion.

ASML shares have climbed 2.5 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has dropped 22 percent in the last 12 months.
