Bayleys joins Air NZ's Airpoints programme

Bayleys Real Estate has signed an agreement with Air New Zealand’s Airpoints programme to offer vendors the opportunity to earn up to 500 Airpoints Dollars when completing the sale of their residential, commercial, industrial or rural property,

From 1 April vendors will earn 1 Airpoints Dollar for every $2000 of a property’s sale price up to a maximum of 500 Airpoints Dollars.

Bayleys Real Estate Managing Director Mike Bayley says the offer is available nationwide and includes the residential, commercial, industrial, and rural real estate sectors, with future potential to evolve into business sales and property services in the future.

"Our exciting new partnership with Air New Zealand and Airpoints is just another way Bayleys adds value to the sale of property. It will enable our vendors to earn Airpoints Dollars which they can then spend on flights, upgrades, Koru membership and items within the Airpoints Store. And all of this simply for conducting a transaction they would have undertaken anyway," Mr Bayley said.

"Like Air New Zealand, Bayleys is a proudly owned and operated New Zealand company whose ethics are based on enhancing the customer experience."

House, factory, office and farm vendors who are not Airpoints members when they list with Bayleys will be able to sign up to the programme in advance of selling their property.

Air New Zealand’s General Manager Customer Value Hamish Rumbold says the newly-signed partnership with Bayleys further extends members’ opportunities to earn Airpoints.

"We now have more than 1.8 million members who have told us they are always looking for new ways to get flying faster by choosing our Airpoints partners on the ground.

"Bayleys joins Audi, Farmlands and Westpac as recent additions to our rapidly expanding group of valued partners. We’re delighted to have partnered with Bayleys so our customers can now, literally, get a holiday ‘on the house’"

In the current financial year to March 31, Bayleys has concluded more than 8000 property transactions nationwide - worth a total of more than $7 billion.
