Yahoo Finance Coles drops ‘biggest ever’ Black Friday sale
Coles has joined Woolworths and Aldi in offering Black Friday deals for Aussie shoppers.
Coles has announced its "biggest ever" Black Friday sale, while rival Aldi has also launched its range of deals today.
From today until Tuesday, November 28, Coles shoppers will be able to grab hundreds of online grocery specials at up to 57 per cent.
The online-exclusive specials include deals on staples like Omo laundry liquid and Huggies, as well as for greek yoghurt and Coca-Cola soft drink. Plus, for today only, customers can get 15 per cent cashback via ShopBack.

“We’ve curated a selection of great offers and specials that cater to the diverse needs of families across groceries, household essentials, holiday treats and more – it’s a great time to stock up for your Christmas day feasts,” Coles general manager for online merchandising and operations Mark O’Connor said.
Flybuys customers will be able to boost their points by purchasing the exclusive deals, with new customers able to nab 30x Flybuys points on their first online order, and existing cardholders able to get 10x Flybuys points on online shops over $200.
The supermarket giant is also offering 15 per cent off selected The Card Network (TCN) gift cards at Coles stores nationally, including for retailers like JB Hi-Fi and The Good Guys.

From this Friday, November 24, the Coles Best Buys range will also be available in-store at hundreds of supermarkets, with offers on a range of electronics, toys, kitchen, beauty goods and more.
Other deals include Coles Best Buys Online Exclusives, which offer free delivery with no minimum spend, deals available online and in-store at Liquorland, First Choice Liquor Market and Vintage Cellars, and deals on refurbished iPhones online and in-store.
Is Woolworths having a Black Friday sale?
Woolworths kicked off its ‘Orange Friday’ sale event for Everyday Rewards members last week. It will run until November 28.
Members can get savings across Woolworths supermarkets and Metro stores, Everyday Market, MyDeal, Everyday Mobile and more.
Deals include up to 50 per cent off a range of household brands including Kellogg’s cereals, Old El Paso Taco kits, Nescafe Blend 43 instant coffee and the McVitie’s Biscuit range.
Shoppers can also get 50 per cent off an annual Everyday Extra subscription plan, dropping the price from $70 to $35. This gives you 10 per cent off one shop each month (up to a maximum saving $100) and lets you earn double points at Woolworths and Big W.
Is Aldi having a Black Friday sale?
Aldi launched its Black Wednesday Special Buys today, with deals on smart TVs, home and kitchen appliances, scooters and more available in stores in the middle aisle.
Aldi is also extending the deals into the weekend, with Saturday Special Buys available on November 25. This includes deals on fans, bikes, exercise equipment and things for the beach.
