SAN RAMON, Calif., July 13, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CooperCompanies (NYSE: COO) today announced that consistent with the plan approved by its board of directors to pay annual dividends, the Company declared a semi-annual dividend of 3 cents per share, payable on August 11, 2022, to stockholders of record on July 27, 2022.
