(CSE: COOL), (OTC: CLABD), (Frankfurt: LD6, WKN: A3CSSU) (“Core One” or the “Company”) announces that the special investor webcast (the “Webcast”) announced in the Company’s press release on Friday, January 14, 2022 and initially scheduled for Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. PST/4:30 p.m. ET/10:30 p.m. CET, has been rescheduled to Friday, January 21, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. PST/4:30 p.m. ET/10:30 p.m. CET.

The decision to reschedule this special webcast was made in order to afford Dr. Robert E.W. Hancock and his team of scientists at Vocan Biotechnologies Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Core One, to incorporate very recent developments into their live presentation, and provide stakeholders with all pertinent and updated information.
