CryoLife: 2Q Earnings Snapshot

KENNESAW, Ga. (AP) _ CryoLife Inc. (CRY) on Monday reported second-quarter net income of $226,000.

The Kennesaw, Georgia-based company said it had profit of 1 cent per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, came to 10 cents per share.

The biological medical device maker posted revenue of $68.5 million in the period.

For the current quarter ending in October, CryoLife said it expects revenue in the range of $61 million to $63 million.

The company expects full-year earnings in the range of 29 cents to 32 cents per share, with revenue ranging from $256 million to $260 million.

CryoLife shares have risen 55 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $29.60, a rise of 58 percent in the last 12 months.
