The Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) based platform transforms how companies manage the secure electronic production, distribution and collaboration of confidential information to their boards, committees and leadership teams.

Diligent is now more than double the size of its nearest competitor in terms of clients and is a truly global provider. It has clients in over 60 countries and users on all seven continents ̶ even Antarctica.

Additionally, more than 35 percent of the Fortune 1000 uses Diligent Boards. The solution remains the most widely used of its kind and Diligent has a 99 percent- client retention rate, one of the best in the SaaS industry.
