The pair was extremely choppy during the Wednesday’s session initially rallied towards the 1.2380 level but pulled back later in the day to test the 1.2350 level. This level has been both resistance and support level for the pair and may attract buyers. The British Pound turned negative during the yesterday’s session reaching down towards the 1.4175 level that has been supportive in the past. This is likely to be a minor blip in the overall upside momentum and is likely to continue move higher. AUD/USD

The AUD was extremely bullish during the Wednesday’s session as it received enough support from the gold market. The pair has got a strong support at the 0.7750 level and in the short term will continue to attract a lot of buyers. Once it breaks above the 0.79 level then next target will be 0.80 level. USD/JPY

The USD pulled back slightly during the yesterday’s session reaching down towards the 107 level which is acting as a support. The Americans have bullish in the pair and is likely to continue moving higher reaching the 107.50 level and once it breaks above this level and 108 level then it will be free to go towards the 110 level.
