Ex-Aristocrat CFO to join Treasury board

Former Aristocrat Leisure CFO Toni Korsanos is set to join the Treasury Wine Estate board

Treasury Wine Estate has appointed former Aristocrat Leisure chief financial officer Toni Korsanos as an independent non-executive director.

Ms Korsanos' appointment - which will be effective from April 2020 - comes six weeks after Treasury chief executive Michael Clarke announced he would be retiring and returning to the UK in the first quarter of FY21, to be replaced by current chief operating officer Tim Ford.

Ms Korsanos, who will also join the company's audit and risk committee, is currently an independent non-executive director of Crown Resorts, Webjet, and Ardent Leisure.
