ForFarmers N.V. announces that Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders will be held (as a virtual meeting) on Tuesday 17 January, 2023, starting at 10.00 am (CET) in relation to the appointment of Theo Spierings as member of the Executive Board (CEO).
