It's safe to say that Harry Styles has come a long, long way from his One Direction days – launching a successful solo career and starring in some seriously good movies.

And two of his upcoming films – Don't Worry Darling and My Policeman – have got his fans really excited, not least because there's a few sex scenes to look forward to.

Speaking about what it was like to film said sex scenes, as well as what kind of nudity fans can expect to see in cinemas, Styles recently revealed there'll be some 'bum bum' in My Policeman. His words, not ours.

'It does feel vulnerable. I’d never kissed anyone on camera before and it felt like giving a part of myself away in some ways,' he said whilst chatting on The Howard Stern Show.

'I wasn’t naked in Don’t Worry Darling. I was naked in My Policeman. There’s no peen in the final cut.

'There’s bum bum... I don’t think the peen was intended to be involved.'

He continued: 'The peen, it was pre-negotiated that that would remain my own.'

In the movie, Styles plays police officer Tom who is caught between his marriage to wife Marion, and his love for local museum curator, Patrick.

Set during the 1950's, a time when homosexuality was illegal, Tom questions whether it would be safer for him to stay in a relationship with Marion or be with Patrick.

As for what it was like filming sex scenes on camera, the musician slash actor went on, 'I think the most important thing in that stuff is trust. I think if you speak about it properly with everyone that’s involved [that helps].

'If you remember that the most important thing on the set is the two human beings doing it. If at any point either one of you is uncomfortable, I think having the conversation where it’s like, "It doesn’t matter if they’re getting great stuff, if you don’t feel good, you tell me and we’ll stop".'

Anyone else still hung up on Harry Styles saying 'bum bum'?
