The Girl Scouts and IHOP are sweetening up the month of March.

Girl Scout Thin Mints Pancakes are the newest flavor to debut as part of IHOP’s Pancake of the Month program. The limited-time breakfast includes four green buttermilk pancakes topped with creamy cheesecake mousse, Girl Scout Thin Mints pieces, and whipped topping.

Customers can purchase the cookie flavored breakfast item as a full stack, side, or part of a pancake combo for the calendar month.

IHOP’s Pancake of the Month program launched on Feb. 1 with the debut of their chocolate strawberry flavor just in time for Valentine’s Day. The item came with four chocolate chocolate chip pancakes topped with creamy cheesecake mousse, then drizzled with chocolate sauce, fresh sliced strawberries, whipped topping, and chocolate chips.

Every month will have its own unique creation for customers — in addition to all of the staple items the restaurant offers.

The youth organization did not bring on any new flavors this year, but instead announced the return of customer favorites like Thin Mints, Samoas (or Caramel deLites), Tagalongs (or Peanut Butter Patties), Adventurefuls, Caramel Chocolate Chip, Do-si-dos (or Peanut Butter Sandwich), Girl Scout S’mores, Lemonades, Lemon-Ups, Toast-Yay, Toffee-tastic and Trefoils.

Last year's new cookie, the Raspberry Rally, which was considered a Thin Mints "sister cookie," is missing from the sweet selection. The company discontinued it to concentrate on the classic flavors.

In the fall, it was announced that Girl Scout Cookies were not exempt from inflation. An email sent to the Girl Scouts Heart of the Hudson Community (GSHH) in New York state informed troops that cookie prices would be rising from $5 to $6 per box.

But not all troops will see the price hike. A GSUSA spokesperson told PEOPLE that all 111 Girl Scout councils set their own prices "based on several factors."
