Customer service in New Zealand is getting worse.
Figures from the annual KiwiHost Customer Service Pulse shows less than half the respondents were happy with the level of service in New Zealand.
That's down six-percent on last year.
KiwiHost Managing Director Jared Brixton, says, while banks have lifted their game, telecommunications companies continue to be consistently poor.
Jared Brixton says local councils and Government agencies scored a negative 'happiness rating'.
Air New Zealand scored the highest overall Happiness Rating of nearly 79.6, and Slingshot fared the worst at nearly 24.
