Yahoo Finance Martha Stewart Sharing Throwback Photos For Her Own Birthday Is Peak Leo Season
It's a life goal of mine to get invited to a celebrity's birthday party, but for now, celebrating from afar will do. Today, our queen Martha Stewart turns 80 and for the occasion her brand's Instagram posted the most gorgeous throwback photos.
The homemaking mogul is no stranger to Instagram, as she is always updating her fans and followers with photos of her life. Last summer, she all but broke the internet after posting a thirst trap selfie in the pool—the photo got her a lot of attention and a few proposals, BTW.
The Martha Stewart account posted a carousel of photos including a glamour shot, a photo of her on a boat, and various pictures of Martha enjoying the great outdoors and working in her garden.
"It is a good thing until you discover a better thing," the caption read, quoting Martha herself: "Happy birthday to our founder, @marthastewart48, who has taught us that it’s never too late to learn the Good Things in life. What is your favorite lesson Martha has taught you?"
Her fans took to the comment section to share some of the lessons Martha taught them, whether through her personal life, via her cookbooks, or on her television show. One commenter wrote: "How to fold a fitted sheet. I was a teen at home during a summer special. Always loved watching Martha and experiencing the finer things." Another said she taught them how to make the perfect pie crust.
