Another fault has hit the Telecom broadband network on the same day that more than 200,000 Telecom broadband customers lost connection for seven hours.
Server issues on Tuesday evening meant some customers were without broadband from 9.45pm.
The company said technicians restored the affected server around 11.35pm and customers were reconnected.
It said around 250,000 were back online shortly after 1am.
On Tuesday a fault during system maintenance causing a major outage which also affected some EFTPOS terminals for seven hours.
