Overstock.com shares fall, L Brands spirals lower, and Hostess Brands beats on earnings and revenue

Here are the charts of the day for March 1, 2018.

Overstock.com (OSTK): Shares are off sharply this morning. The e-commerce retailer that accepts bitcoin and has made a big push into cryptocurrency disclosed that the Securities and Exchange Commission is investigating the company over digital tokens.

L Brands (LB): The parent company of Victoria’s Secret is also in the red. The retailer reported fourth-quarter results above Wall Street expectations but called for lower profits in the first quarter, sending shares spiraling lower.

Hostess Brands (TWNK): Shares are taking off this morning. The Twinkie maker beat on both earnings and revenue. The company said its strong performance was led by the introduction of the Bakery Petites, snacks with no artificial flavors, colors or high fructose corn syrup.
