Peter Lesser Is The Independent Director of VOXX International Corporation (NASDAQ:VOXX) And They Just Picked Up 85% More Shares

Even if it's not a huge purchase, we think it was good to see that Peter Lesser, the Independent Director of VOXX International Corporation (NASDAQ:VOXX) recently shelled out US$89k to buy stock, at US$10.52 per share. While that isn't the hugest buy, it actually boosted their shareholding by 85%, which is good to see.

VOXX International Insider Transactions Over The Last Year

Over the last year, we can see that the biggest insider purchase was by Independent Co-Vice Chairman Beat Kahli for US$188k worth of shares, at about US$7.52 per share. Even though the purchase was made at a significantly lower price than the recent price (US$10.89), we still think insider buying is a positive.
