Qualcomm gets 'final' bid, Bunge in play, Bristol-Myers earnings pop

Qualcomm (QCOM): Shares lower in early trading. Broadcom is now offering $82 a share for mobile chip giant Qualcomm, calling the bid the ‘best and final offer.’

Bunge Limited (BG): Share higher in midday trading. The news – Bloomberg reports Archer Daniels Midland is in advanced talks to acquire ag commodity trader Bunge. Bunge has a market cap of around $11 billion.

Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMY): Shares jumping in early trade. The drugmaker reported an earnings and revenue beat, and upbeat trail results for its experimental lung cancer treatment.`
