RCM Technologies (NASDAQ:RCMT) sheds 11% this week, as yearly returns fall more in line with earnings growth

·2-min read

It certainly might concern RCM Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:RCMT) shareholders to see the share price down 31% in just 30 days. But that doesn't displace its brilliant performance over three years. The longer term view reveals that the share price is up 457% in that period. Arguably, the recent fall is to be expected after such a strong rise. Only time will tell if there is still too much optimism currently reflected in the share price.

While the stock has fallen 11% this week, it's worth focusing on the longer term and seeing if the stocks historical returns have been driven by the underlying fundamentals.

A Different Perspective

Since the one-year TSR is better than the five-year TSR (the latter coming in at 35% per year), it would seem that the stock's performance has improved in recent times.
