Realty Masters Opens New Miami Office

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL and MIAMI, FL--(Marketwired - April 16, 2014) - Realty Masters (RM), one of Florida's fastest growing commercial real estate brokerage firms, announced that it has opened its third Florida office in Coral Gables to better service its Miami-Dade clients and listings. The new office is located at 1000 Ponce de Leon Blvd.

The office will be led by Miami real estate veteran Craig Werley, who recently joined the firm coming from Focus Real Estate Advisors, a full service research firm Werley founded in 2006. Prior to that Werley established and managed Price Waterhouse's Real Estate Advisory Services operation for more than a decade.

In addition to Werley, Samuel Soriero will also be based in Miami, directing the firm's non-performing loan acquisitions and investment sales activities. Prior to joining RM, Soriero served in several fixed income capacities at Goldman Sachs in New York City focusing on the senior bank debt, conduit, and whole loan trading desks. He was also with Ashley Capital, one of the country's largest privately held real estate investment groups.
