Red Dot Storage Acquires Five New Properties in Illinois

New Properties Take Total Number of Red Dot Locations to 20

BOULDER, CO--(Marketwired - Mar 3, 2015) - Colorado-based Red Dot Storage (www.reddotstorage.com) announced today that is has completed the acquisition of the DeKalb County Self Storage portfolio with locations in DeKalb, Sycamore, Cortland, and Malta. The acquired portfolio of five facilities contains an aggregate of 250,000 rentable square feet and approximately 1600 total units. The company will be upgrading each of the properties with a variety of enhanced security and access control features as well as a 24-hour automated rental center.

Red Dot Storage now owns a total of 20 properties in Illinois and Wisconsin.
