Regeneron (REGN) Q1 Earnings and Revenues Top Estimates

Regeneron (REGN) came out with quarterly earnings of $10.09 per share, beating the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $9.25 per share. This compares to earnings of $11.49 per share a year ago. These figures are adjusted for non-recurring items.

This quarterly report represents an earnings surprise of 9.08%. A quarter ago, it was expected that this biopharmaceutical company would post earnings of $9.68 per share when it actually produced earnings of $12.56, delivering a surprise of 29.75%.

Over the last four quarters, the company has surpassed consensus EPS estimates four times.

Regeneron , which belongs to the Zacks Medical - Biomedical and Genetics industry, posted revenues of $3.16 billion for the quarter ended March 2023, surpassing the Zacks Consensus Estimate by 8.12%. This compares to year-ago revenues of $2.97 billion. The company has topped consensus revenue estimates four times over the last four quarters.
