Stocks lower on escalating trade tensions

Stocks are getting hit to end the first trading week of September, as Trump talks up China tariffs, again. Plus, we’re seeing more erratic behavior from Tesla CEO Elon Musk as top executives hit the exits. And shares are going up in smoke.
