Stocks down as Turkey slaps tariffs on US goods

Stocks (^DJI, ^GSPC, ^IXIC) are mostly down, with the energy (XLE) sector the most in the red, and the utilities (XLU) sector the most in the green. Alan Valdes of Silverbear Capital and Yahoo Finance’s Jared Blikre joins us live from the floor of the New York Stock Exchange to talk markets. To discuss the other big stories of the day, Yahoo Finance’s Seana Smith is joined by Yahoo Finance Editor-in-Chief Andy Serwer, Dan Roberts, Myles Udland, Julia La Roche, and tech reviewer Dan Howley. Also joining the show: Mattie Duppler, senior fellow at the National Taxpayers Union, Emily Roland, head of capital markets research, John Hancock Investments, HGTV star Chip Wade, and Player Tokens CEO Kush Parikh.
