UPS/FedEx resume delivery in Texas, T-Mobile announces special event, Lululemon shares climb, Tesla gets sued

Here are the stocks the Yahoo Finance team is monitoring for you today:

UPS and FedEx (UPS / FDX) are in the spotlight today. The shipping giants have resumed flights at Houston’s main airport after the destruction of Hurricane Harvey crippled service in the region. Both companies have also started truck deliveries on routes in Corpus Christi.

T-Mobile (TMUS) is trying to get a leg up on its carrier competitors. The company announced a launch event for September 6th, just six days before Apple is expected to reveal a new line of iPhones. The event is scheduled to kick off at 11am EST.

Lululemon (LULU) is posting gains after reporting solid earnings after the bell on Thursday. Online sales surged 30%, easing Wall Street’s fear that the “athleisure” trend is in trouble.

Tesla (TSLA) has been hit with an unfair labor practices suit by the National Labor Relations Board alleging the automaker harassed and intimidated union organizers. Tesla is denying the allegations, calling them “baseless.”
