Hollywood's highest-paid actress Jennifer Lawrence is cutting ties with one part of her life pre-mega stardom.

The 26-year-old has sold her starter condo in Santa Monica, Calif., according to Variety.

Lawrence bought the two-storey home for $879,000 in 2006, five years before she would earn her first Oscar nomination for her role in "Winter's Bone," and six years before she was vaulted into superstardom following the release of "The Hunger Games."

According to Variety, Lawrence sold the condo for $1.15 million, only slightly under its asking price of $1.169 million.

The actress upgraded to an $8.225-million Beverly Hills mansion, which was previously owned by pop star Jessica Simpson, in 2014.
