A new study from the Fraser Institute ranks 159 countries and territories globally on their level of economic freedom, based on the size of government, taxation, rule of law, property rights, regulation and other contributing factors. This ranking influences decision-makers worldwide, as companies look to invest overseas and charities seek to improve poverty rates globally.
