    Shares of Finisar Corp. are down 2.4% in premarket trading Friday after the optoelectronics company reported in-line revenue and weaker-than-expected earnings for its April-ended quarter. Jefferies analyst George Notter reiterated his buy rating and $24 price target after the results came out, writing that he believes Wall Street is too pessimistic about the stock.
