WAKEFIELD, Mass., August 31, 2022--Franklin Street Properties Corp. (the "Company", "FSP", "our" or "we") (NYSE American: FSP), a real estate investment trust (REIT), announced today the completion of the sale of 380 Interlocken Crescent and 390 Interlocken Crescent in Broomfield, Colorado (together, the "Property") for aggregate gross proceeds of $102.5 million.
