Holders who tender their notes will receive the principal amount as well as the accrued and unpaid interest amount.

Earlier Saflex had quality certification of ISO/TS 16949. The IATF certification is considered to be the most widely used international standard quality management system in the automotive industry.
In a press release on November 21, Celanese (CE) announced that it would increase the price of acetic acid. The price increase will only be effective in China. The price increase will be effective immediately or as the contract allows. The acetic acid price in China will be higher by 515 renminbi per metric ton. The price increase is in addition to the previously announced price increases.
