A flash flood warning continues on Thursday in the southeastern areas of Texas along the Gulf Coast as storms have dumped more than two feet of rain.

A dangerous thunderstrom hit Winnie, Texas overnight and authorities are using dump trucks and air boats to rescue people, according to local station KTRK.
