The rally, which followed this week's rate cut from the Federal Reserve, saw the Dow close above 42,000 for the first time. On the executive front, Nike (NKE) shares are jumping on the news CEO Phil Donahue will retire next month and will be replaced by Elliott Hill. Shares of Nike have declined over 20% this year.
