UK's increasingly isolated Johnson pledges to fight on

STORY: At Prime Minister's Questions in Parliament on Wednesday (July 6), Boris Johnson fielded questions from members of his own party calling for his resignation and opposition leader Keir Starmer.

However, Johnson said that he would continue in office.

"The job of a prime minister in difficult circumstances when he has been handed a colossal mandate is to keep going and that’s what I’m going to do," he told the Commons.
