Potential AEM Holdings Ltd. (SGX:AWX) shareholders may wish to note that the Independent Non-Executive Director, Andre Andonian, recently bought S$505k worth of stock, paying S$1.87 for each share. AEM Holdings Insider Transactions Over The Last Year

Notably, that recent purchase by Andre Andonian is the biggest insider purchase of AEM Holdings shares that we've seen in the last year. That means that an insider was happy to buy shares at around the current price of S$1.88. Of course they may have changed their mind. But this suggests they are optimistic. If someone buys shares at well below current prices, it's a good sign on balance, but keep in mind they may no longer see value. The good news for AEM Holdings share holders is that an insider was buying at near the current price. Andre Andonian was the only individual insider to buy shares in the last twelve months.
