BTIG Adds Daniil Kalyuzhny to its Healthcare Investment Banking Group

NEW YORK, June 27, 2024--(BUSINESS WIRE)--BTIG announced today that Daniil Kalyuzhny has joined the firm as a Managing Director within its Healthcare Investment Banking group. Based in the firm’s New York office, Mr. Kalyuzhny will be a part of BTIG’s strategic advisory and transaction execution efforts within the life sciences tools and diagnostics industry. BTIG continues to expand its coverage and scope across various industries, ensuring comprehensive and innovative financial solutions for clients globally.

Prior to joining BTIG, Mr. Kalyuzhny was a Director within the Healthcare Investment Banking team at Bank of America where he advised clients on strategic transactions within the life sciences tools and diagnostics sector. Earlier in his career, Mr. Kalyuzhny was an Associate at Piper Jaffray, where he executed sell-side M&A and equity financing transactions for life sciences tools and diagnostics companies.
