Don Toliver Arrested for Suspicion of DUI, Let Go Without Being Taken to Jail: Report
The rapper is suspected of driving under the influence on Tuesday, April 9 in Southern California, TMZ reports
Don Toliver appears to have gotten into some trouble.
The "Private Landing" rapper, 29, was pulled over on Tuesday, April 9 for allegedly speeding in the San Fernando Valley in Southern California, according to a report from California Highway Patrol, per TMZ.
While police reportedly suspected signs of impairment, Toliver was arrested under suspicion of a DUI but not taken to jail. Instead, he was reportedly cited and released into the custody of a passenger in the vehicle.
Reps for Toliver declined to comment, and the California Highway Patrol have not yet returned PEOPLE's requests for comment.
News of the "No Idea" artist's arrest comes just weeks after he and singer Kali Uchis welcomed their first baby together.
In a joint post on Instagram Thursday, March 14, the pair revealed the big news to their followers.
"You are everything we could have hoped for & more. Thank you God for our beautiful healthy baby boy, & thank you all for the Good energy along the way," the caption began.
"May our home & your homes forever be blessed with peace, happiness & health," they captioned the video, which featured clips from their son's birth and his early days with the new parents.
The couple has yet to reveal their little boy's name or date of birth.
The "Moonlight" singer, 30, shared her exciting baby news in January, while appearing with Toliver in the music video for "Tu Corazón Es Mio."
It was filled with imagery of Uchis and Toliver at doctors' appointments and dancing in a room filled with stained-glass windows as they celebrated their growing family.
"Starting our family ❤️🩹 don't take too long to get here little pooks, mom & dad can't wait to share our life with you," Uchis wrote in an Instagram caption.

Toliver initially confirmed he was dating the "Melting" musician in a 2021 interview with W Magazine.
"We're not crazy public or nothing like that," he told the publication of their relationship. "We just vibe."
Toliver opened up about how the pair had traveled together to Colombia to visit Uchis' family and to film music videos for a few singles off Toliver's album Life of a DON.
"I already had it in my mind to go out there and shoot a video with her incorporated into it, to make it a real-deal situation," he said during the interview.
