NEW YORK, October 23, 2023--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hess Corporation (NYSE: HES) announced today that it will no longer hold its third quarter results conference call originally scheduled for Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at 10 a.m. Eastern Time due to the announcement earlier today that Hess has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Chevron, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
On Wednesday, October 25, Hess will issue its third quarter earnings press release and post supplemental earnings information on its website at www.hess.com.
