We could see flying cars at the 2020 Olympics
Toyota is backing the new “SkyDrive” car, a dronelike vehicle that will supposedly fly more than 30 feet high and go as fast as 62 mph.
The concept is being developed by a drone startup, Cartivator, of Tokushima University.
The company says the 9.5-foot-long flying car will be the “world’s smallest” flying vehicle and will be ready in time for the Tokyo Olympics in 2020.
