The New Trix Fruit Snacks From Betty Crocker Will Remind You of Your Favorite Childhood Cereal

Don’t we all have fond memories of devouring approximately two to three bowls of Trix cereal while watching cartoons on a Saturday morning? Now we can make new memories with the just-released Trix Fruit Flavored Snacks from Betty Crocker.

The fruit snacks come in six shapes, including the Trix Rabbit, bundle of grapes, strawberry, and egg. They’re also as colorful — with red, orange, green, blue, and purple — as a bowl of the cereal. Now all we have to wait to see is how much they taste like the cereal with that fruity flavor.

Since the packaging features an Easter basket and notes that it’s “great for egg hunts,” the new treat looks like they’re here in honor of Easter. If that’s the case, then we don’t expect these to be around for long. Each package includes 28 0.8-ounce bags, so they’re great to include with your kid’s (or your) lunch.

The Trix Fruit Flavored Snacks are available at Walmart for $5.98. They’re listed on its website and Instagram account @foodiewiththebeasts have already spotted them at the retailer. Who says it’s too early for Easter treats?
