David Herro is the Deputy Chairman, Chief Investment Officer of International Equities and a Portfolio Manager at Harris Associates L.P. He is a Portfolio Manager of the International, International Small Cap, Japan, Global All Cap, Global and Global Concentrated Strategies. Prior to joining Harris Associates in 1992, David was a Portfolio Manager for the State of Wisconsin Investment Board and a Portfolio Manager for The Principal Financial Group. David has an MA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a BS from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
