- Time now for what to watch Tuesday, February 6. Starting out on the earnings front. Eli Lilly, Toyota, BP, Ford, and Snap, all reporting results tomorrow. Eli Lilly climbing more than 5% today ahead of its earnings release. And shares of Snap move lower after the company announces plans to lay off 10% of its global workforce.

- Shifting gears, get it, to some auto earnings. Ford's quarterly results are on deck after reporting a strong start to the year with sales surging in January. Toyota also reporting tomorrow the company trying to build supply back up after being hit by inventory issues and chip shortages.

- And turning to the Fed, a slew of Federal reserve officials set to speak on Tuesday. Loretta Mester, Neel Kashkari, Susan Collins, and Patrick Harker, scheduled to talk throughout the day. This coming after Fed Chair Jerome Powell's news conference on Wednesday, and his appearance on 60 Minutes, tempering expectations for a rate cut in March.
