Yahoo Finance Burger King's New Cotton Candy Frozen Drink Looks Insanely Good
Burger King just announced a new frozen drink and it already has us floating on cloud 9. Taking inspiration straight from a county fair, the fast food spot's newest drink is "the deliciously sweet" Frozen Cotton Candy. With each frosty sip, you'll bet met with flavors of both blue raspberry and cotton candy.
And here's where things get really dreamy. You have the option of adding BK's new cold foam cloud topping to the fluffy cotton candy-inspired treat.
The topping, which is available for an extra charge, can also be added to other frozen beverages at Burger King. We can already see fans cleverly using the cold foam cloud topping to turn the restaurant's Frozen Coke into a fun float.
This doesn't serve as the first time Burger King has experimented with a new frozen drink. Just last year, fans were treated to the fiery Frozen Fanta Kickin' Mango.
“After bringing the heat last summer with the successful launch of our Frozen Fanta® Kickin’ Mango, we wanted to cool things off a bit this season with our new, refreshingly sweet Frozen Cotton Candy beverage offerings,” said Pat O’Toole, Chief Marketing Officer, Burger King North America, in a statement. “And our innovative cold foam topper is just another way we’re bringing ‘Have It Your Way’ to life, giving Guests the option to add another layer of flavor to their frozen beverages.”
BK's Frozen Cotton Candy beverage will only be available for a limited time, so be sure to act fast before your chance melts away!
