The Annual Meeting will be held in the Imperial Ballroom at the Hilton Anatole hotel, located at 2201 North Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, Texas 75207. A continental breakfast will be provided beginning at 8:30 a.m. Central Time to provide shareholders with the opportunity to meet and interact with directors, management and employees before and after the formal meeting.
