DALLAS, August 10, 2023--Tenet Healthcare Corporation (NYSE: THC) today announced the appointment of Senator Roy Blunt to the Tenet Board of Directors, effective immediately. Senator Blunt will serve as a member of the Audit Committee, Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and Environmental, Social, and Governance Committee. This appointment expands the Board to 12 directors, 11 of whom are independent members.
